ICC MOLE IN KENYA TO PREVENT UHURUTO FROM CONTESTING PRESIDENCY

Saturday November 17, 2012 – ICC mole Prof Makau Mutua is in the country to guide the judiciary on how to handle the integrity case affecting Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta and Eldoret North MP William Ruto. Sources close to Makau who is alleged to be one of the coaches of the International Criminal Court (ICC) witnesses in the four Kenyans cases at The Hague, indicated that Makau will meet with Chief Justice Dr Willy Mutunga to “advice” him on how Uhuru and Ruto are ineligible to vie for the Presidency in the forthcoming election. The sharp professor of law at Buffalo University in New York, who has little time with Uhuru and Ruto, met several Kamba leaders, including a prominent ODM Minister. A source told the DAILY POST that the professor had an agenda that bordered on how the justice system can be made to be seen to be the ultimate decider on the eligibility of the two suspects to run for the high office. In his usual articles in one of the local dailies, professor Makau believes, Uhuru and Ruto goose would be cooked in any judicial contest!
