Sonko last year appeared in--his pal--Jaguar's music video for Matapeli as a shoe-shiner. The first-time MP and now Senator aspirant has always supported local talent, and the evidence is on his Website.
This is will be the tech elections, where people show-off how technologically forward they are than their opponents (unlike the 2007 election, where it was about showing off Hummers and choppers).
And Sonko, "the real youth", has not been left behind. He has used his site as an evidence cache for what he has done for his constituents so far. The project is well-meaning but the captions are hilarious.
