KAMLESH PATNI LOUNCHES MANIFESTO ON ELECTION DAY

I INTEND TO DO THE FOLLOWING IF ELECTED TO PARLIAMENT:

a) Through Westlands Welfare and Jobless Foundation Westlands Welfare & Jobless Foundation will register all jobless people of Westlands Constituency and provide them with free food and medical care (NHIF Cards) until jobs are found,hence reduce crimes.Its when people who dont have hope in life to compel to become criminals.We will put up shelters in each slum that can accomodate 6 people per room.Each room will be equipped with three double decker beds.One meal a day will be provided in a clean environment with running water and sanitation.

b) Bring a motion in parliament to establish State Welfare corporation.
Once elected in Parliament I will introduce a motion that State Welfare Corporation be formed.Its function will will be to register and maintain all jobless people in Kenya by providing free shelter and accomodation,free food with clean water and sanitation,free electricity,free medical services through NHIF,School fees towards educating the children whose parents are jobless untill the Government creates jobs for them.
FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE WELFARE CORPORATION WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:-
1) To maintain the jobless by
a)provide shelter/accomodation
b)weekly food ration,
c)medical insurance NHIF
d)school fees forr children whose parents are jobless.
2)State Welfare Corporation will create a data basefor all the jobless and create jobs for them.
3)State Welfare Corporation will open industrial vocational training facility to train all the jobless in each constituency.
a)State Welfare Corporation will fund the construction of churches and pay servants of churches in Kenya.
b)State Welfare corporation to be funded through 10% of gorvernment tax collectionrevenue as per bible provision of 10% tithing.
c)State Welfare Corporation to be incharge of Natural Calamities & needs to the affected Wananchi.
