After failing to stop the CJ, Willy Mutunga from performing his duties, Kimemia is at it again:
They are planning to arrest former Kangundo MP Johnston Muthama. Word has it that Head of Civil Service Francis Kimemia has instructed Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo to arrest the politician for incitement. The arrest is planned for Tuesday next week to avoid what they describe as sympathy vote for CORD. Also earmarked for arrest is Ms. Ogla Karani a former URP official and former radio maestro Joshua Arap Sang.
