AKORINO MAN BUSTED

There was pandemonium when church leaders ambushed an elderly Akorino man who was making merry and blowing cash in a bar with a twilight girl.
The incident caused a commotion at Ngano village in Nyandarua West as fellow faithful accompanied by his wife flushed him out and burnt his turban in public in the wee hours of the morning.Drama started when the man believed to be in his 50s entered the bar and ordered an alcoholic drink at the bar situated on what is normally known as ‘Koinange Street’ in Ngano town.
It was after he had ordered several drinks that he consulted the barman and requested if he could get women to keep him company.
“The man was loaded and kept on flashing new bank notes as he ordered his favourite drink. We were all surprised that a member of that particular faith could join us,” said a reveller who was at the bar but sought not to be named since he is a civil servant.
Variety
He said they were shocked when they heard him ask for female company.
“I was seated next to the counter and could hear the conversation between him and the barman as he enquired whether he could get a girl,” he observed.
About ten minutes later, three twilight girls emerged and sat next to him and were immediately offered a round of drinks. The plan was to socialise first before choosing the one he liked most for the night.
“I heard him tell the barman that he wanted a variety so that he could choose whoever pleased him. He ordered for drinks and they all looked like they were enjoying the impromptu party. As the evening wore on, his generosity increased. He ordered drinks for everyone. He must have spent over Sh10,000. He kept saying that he was loaded as he had sold a piece of land in Ol Kalou,” our source said.
Cozy
With time, the old man seemed to have made up his mind because he was getting quite cozy with one of the prostitutes.
