A leading contender for Nairobi governor race on Monday gave a quack journalist a dog’s beating after he caught him getting cozy with his wife.
The incident started at a popular joint in Nairobi where the quack journalist met the politician with his wife at the restaurant and due to the man’s generosity he offered him several rounds of booze for his good work.
When the quack had one too many, he demanded to take a photo with the governor’s wife which angered the governor to be.
And when he could not take more, the man pounced on the reporter with blows and kicks leaving him badly bruised in the face.
The reporter is recovering at Kenyatta National Hospital.
